Magazineshop.co.uk, theUK'sleading internet magazine retailer, announced today that John Menzies plc("Menzies") have signed a strategic investment agreement to acquire a stakeinthe company.  Financial terms were notdisclosed.

Magazineshop.co.ukwas founded in 1997, and is now working with over 100 publishers, givingconsumers access to nearly 800 of the UK's top titles
