When an order has been successful you will receive a confirmation receipt. This is sent electronically to you and includes an order number. It also includes the billing name and address as well as the delivery details. If you do not receive this, it may be that you have not provided us with an email address or that you have given us an incorrect email address.
The majority of the magazines on our site are delivered anywhere in the world. A minority are only available in certain countries. To find out whether the magazine you are interested in is available for delivery in the country of your choice go through the order process and see which countries are offered for delivery.
Subscription information is forwarded automatically to the magazine?s publishers. Each order is then processed directly by the publisher?s Fulfilment House from where the magazines are sent.
If the publication is a weekly, you will receive your first issue in about 4-6 weeks. A biweekly, monthly or bimonthly will arrive in 6-8 weeks. If the magazine publishes quarterly, receipt of your first issue may take up to 12 weeks. These are standard industry lead times and we make every effort to expedite your order. Please note that some of the magazine subscriptions may take longer to process depending on the publisher?s fulfilment facility.
In this instance, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible. We will then forward any amendments to the publisher.

The Magazineshop accepts VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Solo cards for online payment. We also accept cheques and money orders (with amounts in Great British pounds) for payment by post.
Simply follow the normal ordering process. Then write a cheque or postal order for the correct amount payable to Brown Bear Publishing Ltd and send this with the order number printed clearly on the back of the cheque to the following address:

Whatever you pay for your subscription will remain the same regardless of any change in price until renewal.
Working alongside each magazine title?s publishers we aim to bring you the cheapest subscription rates available no matter where you are ordering. We give you the publisher?s lowest authorised subscription rates.
We want our customers to be happy, to enjoy the service that we provide and the products that we sell. If you are not happy for some reason and wish to cancel your order, get in touch, tell us why and we will be happy to refund your money. If your subscription has yet to start we will give you a full refund. Otherwise, the number of issues sent to you will be deducted from the overall subscription cost and the remainder refunded to you.
